Yes. Remote sessions are carried out with your permission, and you can see what is happening on your screen in real time. I do not access files, settings, or accounts without your consent, and you can end the session at any time.
No. My support is focused on Windows, Microsoft 365, and related business systems. I do not currently offer macOS support.
This can depend on the type of support you need. One-off issues can usually be billed hourly or as an agreed fixed task, while ongoing support can be arranged as a regular monthly service.
